We have 2 tiers of support available. Members with 'paid support subscriptions' can use our internal members only support channel. Free tier users can view all public support requests. Support is managed via each application portal.

Our PHP Mongo Admin PRO version provides access to an Inline-Support feature which serves as a support gateway. PRO support requests are automatically posted into the Members- Forum and are placed onto our priority support daily worklist. Pro support packages will be made available after we have released our first full version, post Beta testing.
